It isn't. Most of what's in one of those is blended from several countries and heated until everything except the sugar is gone. It doesn't come from anywhere in particular.
This one does. Our Mid-Atlantic honey comes from hives across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia, where the bees work alfalfa, berry blossoms, buckwheat, clover, and goldenrod. Buckwheat is the standout here — it produces a darker, richer honey with an almost molasses-like depth that's completely different from the lighter clover and alfalfa bases. Raw and unfiltered, the way the bees left it.

How to use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily. Stir into tea, drizzle over oatmeal, add to smoothies, or take it straight. Refrigerate on arrival and use within 3-4 weeks. Freezes for up to 6 months. Shake well and allow 12 hours to thicken after delivery.
