Our sea moss is grown and harvested in St. Lucia.
How do you prepare your sea moss?
Our sea moss is thoroughly clean and soaked in fresh spring water for 24hr-48hrs. After soaking, we blend the sea moss with fresh spring water until we get the consistency we like.
How can I consume sea moss?
You can eat seamoss out the jar, add to smoothies, add to warm drinks like tea, cook food.
How often and how much sea moss should I take?
You suggest that you take sea moss everyday with a recommended dose of 1-2 tablespoons.
Why don't you use fruit in your sea moss?
We feel that when you add fruit to sea moss in such a small container. You will be consuming a lot of sugar than receiving the actual benefit from the sea moss. Plus, adding fruit to sea moss will make it spoil faster and not last as long. If you want fruit with your sea moss. We prefer you add it to your smoothie.

What is your shipping process?
All of our sea moss gels are prepared and made to order within 24hrs - 48hrs. We never refrigerate or freeze our sea moss before shipping, because it's good unrefrigerated for about a week. This helps if there are any shipping issues with USPS. This will give you confidence that your sea moss will be fresh once it arrives.
Our sea moss gel is shipped within 24hrs - 48hrs from Atlanta, GA. We ship out Monday-Friday (No weekends due to delays). If you place your order after 12 pm on Friday, it will go out Monday.
Shake very well and refrigerate once received. Allow at least 12hr for the sea moss gel to thicken before consuming.
