It isn't. Most of what's in one of those is blended from several countries and heated until everything except the sugar is gone. It doesn't come from anywhere in particular.

This one does. Our Southwest honey comes from hives across the high desert and plains, where the bees work alfalfa, clover, mesquite, and sunflower. Mesquite is the one that makes this honey different from anything else in the lineup — it gives the honey a warm, almost smoky sweetness that you can't get from any other flower. Sunflower adds a clean, golden base. Raw and unfiltered, the way the bees left it.

Ingredients: Wildcrafted sea moss, raw local honey, lemon, lime, spring water

How to use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily. Stir into tea, drizzle over oatmeal, add to smoothies, or take it straight. Refrigerate on arrival and use within 3-4 weeks. Freezes for up to 6 months. Shake well and allow 12 hours to thicken after delivery.
