It isn't. Most of what's in one of those is blended from several countries and heated until everything except the sugar is gone. It doesn't come from anywhere in particular.
This one does. Our Northeast honey comes from hives across New England and the Mid-Atlantic coast, where the bees work alfalfa, berry blossoms, clover, and goldenrod. Berry blossom honey carries a slightly fruity, complex sweetness that supermarket honey never has — and clover rounds it out with a clean, familiar base. Raw and unfiltered, the way the bees left it.

How to use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily. Stir into tea, drizzle over oatmeal, add to smoothies, or take it straight. Refrigerate on arrival and use within 3-4 weeks. Freezes for up to 6 months. Shake well and allow 12 hours to thicken after delivery.
