This is my first time trying this variety, I usually get the ashwaganda which gives me more energy. But I like them both. I will be ordering again!
I'm not definately sure of the benefits stated. The stuff taste awful but was willing to give it a shot. Just unable to truthfully acknowledge benefits
First , it taste awful.
My thinking is that it has helped boost my energy
Its a little early to see just how beneficial it will be.
