It isn't. Most of what's in one of those is blended from several countries and heated until everything except the sugar is gone. It doesn't come from anywhere in particular.
This one does. Our Northwest honey comes from hives across the Cascades and Pacific Northwest, where the bees work alfalfa, aster, berry blossoms, clover, and a mix of mountain wildflowers. Aster gives the honey a smooth, almost honeyed richness, and the wildflowers add a complexity that changes with the season and the elevation. Raw and unfiltered, the way the bees left it.

How to use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily. Stir into tea, drizzle over oatmeal, add to smoothies, or take it straight. Refrigerate on arrival and use within 3-4 weeks. Freezes for up to 6 months. Shake well and allow 12 hours to thicken after delivery.
