Only received half my order
There is no way you received half your order. You emailed us stating that you only received one jar instead of two jars. We responded by asking you to send us a picture of the box because we ship two different box sizes for orders and our records show we shipped two 32oz jars of Maca to the PO Box on file in one big box. You never emailed us a picture of the box, but you responded to our email stating "Ok, I'll check it out". If you received your order and we only sent you one jar then "what is there to check out". Your order arrived 1/29/2024 and you email us 2/1/2024. It wouldn't take someone 3 days to notice that they only got half of their order. As of today 2/5/2024, we have not heard back from you so CLEARLY you received your full order. We have no problem sending you another jar if that was the case. We are a reputable company with amazing reviews and we take pride in customer satisfaction.
