Cinnamon and Elderberry

Purchase one for me and my husband. Right now I can't tell what it's doing. I'm sure it's working internally just can't pinpoint. I take a spoonful each morning. This is our first order,so we will continue it's use. Only thing I can say is the taste isn't to appealing, but if it's healthy I'll tolerate.
